Surfactant Field
- Detergent: N – Oleoylsarcosine has excellent decontamination and emulsifying capabilities. It can be used as a component in detergents to remove oil stains and dirt. It effectively reduces the surface tension of water, making it easier for contaminants like oil to be washed away by water. It is often added to household detergents and industrial cleaning agents.
- Emulsifier: In systems such as emulsion polymerization, cosmetic emulsions, and food emulsions, it serves as an emulsifier. It enables the uniform mixing of the oil phase and the water phase, forming a stable emulsion structure and preventing the emulsion from separating or breaking.
- Foaming Agent: It can generate rich and stable foam. It is applied in foam – type cleaning agents, shower gels, shaving creams, etc., adding a foamy and comfortable feeling during product use.

- Corrosion Inhibitor: N – Oleoylsarcosine can form a protective film on the metal surface, effectively preventing the contact between the metal and corrosive media, thus slowing down the corrosion rate of the metal.
