Vitamin E-TPGS is now widely used in preparations as a solubilizer, absorption enhancer, emulsifier, plasticizer, and carrier for water-insoluble or fat-soluble drug delivery systems, such as solid dispersions, carriers for ocular and intranasal administrations, etc.
