- Oily ink: In oily ink, 6-methylcoumarin can be mixed with other ingredients such as γ – nonlactone, maltol, etc. to make coconut essence. This coconut essence is mixed with maltodextrin and sodium starch octenylsuccinate to form a granular coconut essence through homogeneous emulsification and spray drying.
